Cancellations/Returns

PLEASE NOTE I take your security seriously. If I receive an order that Shopify has flagged as possible fraud, I WILL contact the phone number, if provided, or the email address, if provided and accurate. I do this to ensure that the order is legitimate and was placed legitimately. If it is confirmed by the "buyer" that the order was not placed by them or authorized, the order WILL be canceled. If I am unable to reach the "buyer" at any of the contact methods provided, the order WILL be cancelled as well. I will NOT tolerate fraudulent orders.

Damaged Items:

Unfortunately, there are times when an item is received damaged. If this happens, please take a photo of the broken item and email me at jlynn@rawenergytools.com. Damaged items will immediately be replaced at no additional cost to you or reimbursed.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the item which was damaged is not replaceable, i.e., none are available, a refund will be issued immediately to you.
Items listed in Clearance are noted for damage in the product description before purchase. Additionally, current damage to these items is noted before shipping. However, if the item receives more damage than what was already noted, please contact me so we can discuss.

Returns:

Returns for items that do not meet your expectations are accepted, however, I ask that you contact me within 15 days of receipt of your package to discuss the return of your item. Buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) securely as well as paying the return shipping fee. Once the item(s) are securely returned and verified, a refund for your purchase, minus a $3.00 restocking fee, will be immediately applied.

If 15 days have passed, a return will not be accepted, I apologize.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of orders are permitted at full refund UNLESS the item(s) have already been shipped.

Reading/Reiki Cancellation:

Mediumship Reading cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance so that your time slot may be made available again. If a cancellation has not been made 24 hours in advance, a refund minus a $10 fee will be reimbursed to you.

In-person Tarot Card readings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance so that your time slot may be made available again. If a cancellation has not been made 24 hours in advance, a refund minus a $5 fee will be reimbursed to you. 

Reiki sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance so that your time slot may be made available again. If a cancellation has not been made 24 hours in advance, a refund minus a $5 fee will be reimbursed to you.

Runes readings and email Tarot Card readings do not apply. 

No Show or Tardy

I hold time available for readings and begin preparing for a reading before each reading. If a person has not shown up or called for their appointment time within 15 minutes, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and a refund, minus a $10 fee, will be reimbursed to you for a Mediumship Reading and a $5 fee for Tarot Card Reading and Reiki session. Please note that if you contact me or show up after this 15-minute window, the cancellation and fee still applies; however you do have the option of rescheduling.
